    RETURN POLICY

    La Marola does not accept returns (refund, exchange, or credit) on any sale item unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask to consider this before committing to a purchase.

    Send an email to lamarola7@gmail.com specifying the problem / change / refund you want to proceed with.  

    We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags.  

    Return handling and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost are non-refundable. 

     

    WE ONLY ACCEPT AND EXCHANGE OR CREDIT IF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET:

     

    • The items are returned within 14 days of you receiving them. 

    • The items must be in original condition. 

    • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 

    • You must contact us at lamarola7@gmail.com prior to sending back the item. 

    • Please choose carefully, returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE. 

    • No cash return

     

    RETURN PROCESS:

     

    Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

    If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order, after we have received your returned parcel, we will send you the new item along with a voucher for the remaining amount in an email.  

    On the arrival of your returned parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you. 

    This is an approximate conversion table to help you find your size. If you have already purchased an item by our brand, we recommend you select the same size as indicated on its label.

    Shipping 

    • We ship your order within 2 business days of payment approval and take 3 business days to prepare .Orders are in transit business days only.  Please be aware that at times, unexpected delays may occur which La Marola has no control over and is not responsible for.
    • The orders are processed between 4-5 business days shipping.
    • MIX & MATCH & CUSTOMIZE  Section - take  3 business days in being made and 2-5 days shipping.
    • On December la MAROLA doesn’t process or ship orders in thanksgiving/Day after thanksgiving/ Christmas Eve / Christmas Day.

    • Purchases are delivered in a pink box or in an ecological bag.
    • IMPORTANT : Please bear in mind that it make up 2 or 3 business days for your order to be collected by the transport company at our facilities .
    • National Standard Shipping is via Coordinadora. International standard shipping is via Fedex.
    • Please be aware that at times unexpected delays may occur which LA MAROLA S.A.S has no control over and is not responsible of.
    • If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days , a full money refund will be made. 

    Returns And Exchanges

    • We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment. you have 5 days since your order arrive to notify us via email or whatsapp what happened with your order & the number.
    • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags
    • La Marola has 5 business days to answer to your request
    • Shipping costs are assumed by the client
    • Returns are refundable just in another sizes, same reference . NO cash
