We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags.
Return handling and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

A : national orders ( COLOMBIA)
The orders are typically processed between 2-4 business days After the payment is approved ( the payment is approved 24hours after the shipping .For orders, Mix & match Section orders are processed between 6-7 business days after the payment is approved . In any category, of sizes XL & XXL may take an additional 2 business days (5-7)
B: international orders : International orders (outside Colombia): The shipment of the products will be made through DHL COLOMBIA, we give to the client 15 business days to arrive the order , an external logistics operator and contracted by LA MAROLA S.A.S. The logistic operator is responsible for the safe delivery of the products and in the agreed times. Keep in mind that delivery time can vary by retentions or delays in customs or local authorities. In any case according to the legal regime, and if the delivery of the order is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days you can request the cancellation of the transaction and refund the price paid. Once this request has been submitted, the refund of the price paid will be made effective within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, counting from the date on which you report the non-receipt of the order within thirty (30) days. It is important to keep in mind that the value of the shipment is not included in the value of the products. You will be informed during the purchase process at check-out, after entering the delivery address of your order.
