Refund Policy

Sales Items:

La Marola does not accept returns (refund, exchange, or credit) on any sale item unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask to consider this before committing to a purchase.

 

Full Price Items:

Send an email to contact@lamarolaswimwear.com specifying the problem / change/ refund you want to proceed with. 

 

We will gladly accept returns on all items within 10 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags. 

 

Return handling and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost are non-refundable. 

 

WE ONLY ACCEPT AND EXCHANGE OR CREDIT IF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET:

• The items are returned within 20 days of you receiving them. 

•Once our team answers your request, you must leave the garment in a maximum time of 10 business days at our address.

• The items must be in original condition. 

• Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 

• You must contact us at contact@lamarolaswimwear.com prior to sending back the item. 

• Please choose carefully, returns for exchange of size can only occur ONCE. 

• NO cash return .

 

Return Process:

 

Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order, after we have received your returned parcel, we will send you the new item along with a voucher for the remaining amount in an email. 

 

On the arrival of your returned parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you. 

REVERSION DE PAGO

to request the reversal of the money you paid in your purchase we inform you that according to current Colombian regulations, you must meet the following requirement: - a make a formal written complaint to our costumer care team through info@lamarola.com - according to the law it will take 30 business days to have your money again ,  it is mandatory that your claim falls within one of these situations - when you have been the victim of a fraud - when it corresponds to a transaction that you have not request- when you have not received the product you bought in the indicated time - when the product you receive is defective , our team will review in the shortest time possible the complaint submitted by the costumer and then the would contact the client to inform the steps to follow to result in the return of the money. In any case we warn you that the information of the purchase will be charged again and definitely, when an administrative or jurisdictional authority decides that te reversal was improper , which can happen when it is proven that the alleged cause was not present .

In any case according to the legal regime, and if the delivery of the order is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days you can request the cancellation of the transaction and refund the price paid.

 

DERECHO AL RETRACTO 

 

Le agradecemos leer detalladamente cada punto sin excepción.

LA MAROLA ofrece a sus clientes la posibilidad de retractarse: Según lo consagrado en la ley 1480 de 2011 art. 47, para retractarse de su compra durante los 5 días después de la entrega del producto.

 

El proceso para solicitar un retracto eS el siguiente:

1. Enviar un correo antes de los 5 días hábiles después de haber recibido el producto a lamarola7@gmail.com , con el motivo de devolución.

Nota: Es importante saber que la ley de retracto en Colombia solo se podrá solicitar la devolución del dinero.

2. Luego de que el correo sea revisado por LA MAROLA , el cliente recibirá un correo electrónico con las instrucciones a seguir.

3. El producto debe estar en perfectas condiciones, sin haberse utilizado y en su empaque original, incluyendo todos los empaques y etiquetas.

4. Cuando el producto sea recibido, el proveedor realiza el control de calidad que tarda aproximadamente 3 días hábiles. Cuando el estado del producto sea determinado, se procederá con el reembolso del dinero que tiene un tiempo de reembolso de 30 días hábiles calendario por medio de la misma plataforma en la cual se realizó la compra.

5-El costo del envío de retorno de la prenda deberá ser asumido por el cliente, tal cual como lo establece la ley referente.

Una vez recibido el empaque se procederá a revisar el producto y se enviaría el correo respectivamente indicando que ya se empezó el proceso de reembolso .
