Refund Policy

Sales Items:

La Marola does not accept returns (refund, exchange, or credit) on any sale item unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask to consider this before committing to a purchase.

 

Full Price Items:

Send an email to contact@lamarolaswimwear.com specifying the problem / change/ refund you want to proceed with. 

 

We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags. 

 

Return handling and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost are non-refundable. 

 

WE ONLY ACCEPT AND EXCHANGE OR CREDIT IF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET:

• The items are returned within 14 days of you receiving them. 

• The items must be in original condition. 

• Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 

• You must contact us at contact@lamarolaswimwear.com prior to sending back the item. 

• Please choose carefully, returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE. 

• NO cash return

 

Return Process:

 

Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order, after we have received your returned parcel, we will send you the new item along with a voucher for the remaining amount in an email. 

 

On the arrival of your returned parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you.
