How long does domestic shipping take?

A : national orders ( COLOMBIA)

“Viva la vida”-“Golden hour”-“La isla Bonita” collections are typically processed between 4-5 business days. After the payment is approved . For orders, in any category, of sizes XL & XXL may take an additional 2 business days (5-7) 
Mix & match Section orders are processed between 5-7 business days.We do our best to ship all orders the same day they arrive, but we cannot guarantee that this will happen. Please bear in mind that it may take up to 2 business days for your order to be collected by the transport company at our facilities. Orders are in transit business days only.  Please be aware that at times, unexpected delays may occur which La Marola has no control over and is not responsible for. 

 B: international orders : International orders (outside Colombia): The shipment of the products will be made through DHL COLOMBIA, an external logistics operator and contracted by LA MAROLA S.A.S. The logistic operator is responsible for the safe delivery of the products and in the agreed times. Keep in mind that delivery time can vary by retentions or delays in customs or local authorities. In any case according to the legal regime, and if the delivery of the order is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days you can request the cancellation of the transaction and refund the price paid. Once this request has been submitted, the refund of the price paid will be made effective within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, counting from the date on which you report the non-receipt of the order within thirty (30) days. It is important to keep in mind that the value of the shipment is not included in the value of the products. You will be informed during the purchase process at check-out, after entering the delivery address of your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. As soon as we process your order and your package has left, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

 

In any case according to the legal regime, and if the delivery of the order is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days you can request the cancellation of the transaction and refund the price paid.
