La Marola does not accept returns (refund, exchange, or credit) on any sale item unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask to consider this before committing to a purchase.

We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags.
Return handling and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order, after we have received your returned parcel, we will send you the new item along with a voucher for the remaining amount in an email.

Envíos y cambios /NO HACEMOS REEMBOLSOS.
Tomamos su pedido dentro de las primeras 24 horas hábiles después de la aprobación del pago y tardamos entre 1-2 día hábiles en prepararlo.
Los pedidos están en tránsito solo en días hábiles.
Tenga en cuenta que, en ocasiones, pueden ocurrir retrasos inesperados sobre los cuales La Marola no tiene control y no es responsable. Los pedidos llegan a destino entre 4 y 7 días hábiles de envío.
Pedidos internacionales: tardan 15 días hábiles en tránsito.
En BARRANQUILLA donde estamos ubicados, los pedidos se envían 1 días hábiles después de realizar el pedido y tardan 3-4 días hábiles en llegar
Sección mix an match : demora entre 6-8 días hábiles en realizarse y entre 2 y 3 días en el envío. En diciembre la MAROLA no procesa ni envía pedidos en acción de gracias/Día después de acción de gracias/Nochebuena/Navidad. 24-25/30-31 Las compras se entregan en caja rosa o en bolsa ecológica.
IMPORTANTE: Tenga en cuenta que transcurrirán 1-2 días laborables hasta que su pedido sea recogido por la empresa de transporte en nuestras instalaciones. El envío estándar nacional es a través de Coordinadora. El envío estándar internacional se realiza a través de Fedex. Tenga en cuenta que en ocasiones pueden ocurrir retrasos inesperados sobre los cuales LA MAROLA no tiene control y no es responsable.
Si su pedido no llega dentro de los 30 días, se realizará un reembolso completo del dinero solo después de 30 días hábiles.
ARTICULOS EN VENTA:

Proceso de devolución:
Los pedidos no se pueden cancelar una vez confirmados a través de nuestra web. Tan pronto como procesemos su pedido y su paquete haya salido, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación de envío que incluye un número de seguimiento. Si tiene problemas con su pedido, no dude en contactarnos. En todo caso según el régimen legal, y si no se logra la entrega del pedido en el plazo de treinta (30) días naturales podrá solicitar la cancelación de la transacción y la devolución del precio pagado.
