    RETURN POLICY

    La Marola does not accept returns (refund, exchange, or credit) on any sale item unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask to consider this before committing to a purchase.

    We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags.  

    Return handling and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost are non-refundable. 

     

    WE ONLY ACCEPT AND EXCHANGE OR CREDIT IF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET:

     

    • The items are returned within 14 days of you receiving them. 

    • The items must be in original condition. 

    • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 

    • You must contact us at lamarola7@gmail.com prior to sending back the item. 

    • Please choose carefully, returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE.

    RETURN PROCESS:

     

    Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

    If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order, after we have received your returned parcel, we will send you the new item along with a voucher for the remaining amount in an email.  

    On the arrival of your returned parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you. 

    This is an approximate conversion table to help you find your size. If you have already purchased an item by our brand, we recommend you select the same size as indicated on its label.

    Shipping 

    • We Take your order within 1 business days of payment approval and take 1-2 business days to prepare .Orders are in transit business days only.  Please be aware that at times, unexpected delays may occur which La Marola has no control over and is not responsible for.
    • The orders are processed between 4-5 business days shipping.
    • International orders : Take 15 bussines days in transit 
    • MIX & MATCH & CUSTOMIZE  Section - take  5-6 business days in being made and 2-3 days shipping.
    • On December la MAROLA doesn’t process or ship orders in thanksgiving/Day after thanksgiving/ Christmas Eve / Christmas Day.

    Returns And Exchanges

    • We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment. you have 5 days since your order arrive to notify us via email or whatsapp what happened with your order & the number.

    How long does domestic shipping take?

    A : national orders ( COLOMBIA)

    The orders are typically processed between 2-4 business days After the payment is approved ( the payment is approved 24hours after the shipping .For orders, Mix & match Section orders are processed between 6-7 business days  after the payment is approved . In any category, of sizes XL & XXL may take an additional 2 business days (5-7) 

     B: international orders : International orders (outside Colombia): The shipment of the products will be made through DHL COLOMBIA, we give to the client 15 business days to arrive the order , an external logistics operator and contracted by LA MAROLA S.A.S. The logistic operator is responsible for the safe delivery of the products and in the agreed times. Keep in mind that delivery time can vary by retentions or delays in customs or local authorities. In any case according to the legal regime, and if the delivery of the order is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days you can request the cancellation of the transaction and refund the price paid. Once this request has been submitted, the refund of the price paid will be made effective within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, counting from the date on which you report the non-receipt of the order within thirty (30) days. It is important to keep in mind that the value of the shipment is not included in the value of the products. You will be informed during the purchase process at check-out, after entering the delivery address of your order.
